Heyyy Mate here is Ur Answer.....

a).Can kinetic energy of a system be changed without changing its momentum? This relationship assures that the momentum of the object remains constant. This is not necessarely zero, and thus it is possible to change the kinetic energy of an object without changing its momentum as long as the object's mass is not fixed.

b).Its possible ...we can do it by changing its direction... while comparing momentum and k.e mass .velocity are the factors in which both the quantities are depended.but we know that momentum is a vector ( has both magnitude and direction) and k.e ( scalar)

here we can only change the direction which won't affect the magnitude of k.e
