Speed of A=8.04m/s
Speed of B=7.5m/s
Time=Distance/Speed
=300/7.5
=40s
Therefore B will win by 1s

Answer:

The correct answer to this question is 1 sec

Explanation:

Given - A can run 330 meters in 41 sec and b in 44 sec.

To Find - Find how many seconds will b win if he has 30 meter start?

In measurement, the meter (m), also spelled meter, is the fundamental unit of length in both the metric and international systems of units (SI).

Speed = Distance / Time

A = \frac{330}{41} = 8.04 m/sec

B = \frac{330}{44} = 7.5m/sec

So, time is taken by B = \frac{300}{7.5}  = 40sec

and B wins by 41 - 40 = 1sec
