Answer:-

Time taken by A to do a piece of work= 12 days.

Hence One day work of A =

 \frac{1}{12}

Time taken by B to finish the work= 20 days

Hence One day work of B =

 \frac{1}{20}

Work done by together =

 \frac{1}{12}  +  \frac{1}{20}

 \frac{10 + 6}{120}

 \frac{16}{120}

 \frac{2}{15}

Work done by B =

 \frac{1}{12}  - \frac{1}{20}  +  \frac{2}{15}

 \frac{1}{12}  -  \frac{6 + 8}{120}

 \frac{1}{12}  -  \frac{14}{120}

 \frac{10 - 14}{120}

 \frac{4}{120}

30

B finish the remaining work in 30 days.
