a canister has a small hole at its bottom water penetrates into the canister when it's base is at a depth of 40 cm from the surface of water. if surface tension of water is 73.5 dyne per cm find the radius of the hole.

so, 73.5 dyne = 0.000735 N

depth = 40cm = 0.4 m

radius of hole = 0 .000735 / 0.4 = 0.00018375
