Hello buddy,

● Answer- 400 Pa.

● Explaination-
# Given-
r = 0.25 mm = 2.5×10^-4 m
h = 10 cm = 0.1 m

# Solution-
At the surface, pressure is given by-
P = 2T/r
P = 2×0.075 / 2.5×10^-4
P = 600 N/m^2

At depth 10 cm, pressure is given by-
P' = ρhg
P' = 1000 × 0.1 × 10
P' = 1000 N/m^2

Difference in pressure is-
∆P = P' - P
∆P = 1000 - 600
∆P = 400 N/m^2

Pressure difference between two ends of capillary is 400 Pa.

Hope this helps you...
