According to question we have given,
a = 1.5m/s
t = 4s
u = 0m/s (initial velocity)
v = ?

To find v means final velocity we have to use formula,
v = u + at
v = 0 + 1.5(4)
v = 6.0
v = 6m/s

Hope it helps you.
