So,

$a = v - u \div t$

a= 16-6/10

=10/10

= 1 m/s

Hence, acceleration of the car is. 1 m/s.

Distance covered =

$s = ut + 1 \div 2at {2}^{2}$

s=ut+1/2at²

=6×10+1/2×2×1×10²

=60+1×100

=60+100

=160m

so the distance covered by car is 160 m.
