a car accelerate uniformly from 18kmh-1 to 36kmh-1 in 5s calculate acceleration,distance covered by the car in that time

u = 18km/hr = 5 m/s

v = 36km/hr = 10m/s

t = 5 s

a = v-u/t

  = 10 - 5/5

  = 5/5 = 1 m/s²

s = ut + 1/2 at²

  = 5 x 5 + 1/2 x 1 x 5 x  5

  = 25 + 25/2

  = 50 + 25 /2

  = 75/2 = 37.5 m
