Given:-

  • Acceleration ,a = 3m/s²

  • Initial velocity ,u = 0m/s

  • Final velocity ,v = 45m/s

To Find:-

  • Time ,t

Solution:-

By using 1st equation of motion

• v = u+at

Substitute the value we get

→ 45 = 0 + 3 ×t

→ 45 = 3×t

→ t = 45/3

→ t = 15s

Therefore ,the time taken by the car is 15 seconds

Additional Information !!

Some equation of motion are

• v = u +at

• s = ut +1/2at².

• v² = u² + 2as

Here,

v is the final velocity

u is the initial velocity

a is the acceleration

s is the displacement or Distance

t is the time taken

Answer:

  • Time taken by the car = 15 seconds

Given:

  • The given acceleration is 3m/s².
  • The given Initial velocity is 0m/s.
  • The given final velocity is 45m/s.

Need to find:

  • Time taken by the car = ?

Solution:

According to the first equation of motion:

  • v = u + at

Putting the values:

➦ 45 = 0 + 3 × time

➦ 45 = 3 × time

➦ Time = 45/3

➦ Time = 15 seconds

Therefore:

  • Time taken by the car = 15 seconds
