w kt v= u + at

given u is 8 mpers
a is 3 mperssqurae
v is 25e
25 = 8 + 3 \times t \\ t = 17 \div 3second
t is 5.667 seconds

Use equation of motion => v = u + at

Rearrange the above equation
t = (v - u) / a
= (25.0 m/s - 8.0 m/s) / (3.0 m/s²)
= 5.7 seconds

It takes 5.7 seconds to gain that velocity.
