Acceleration =(v-u)/t

=(54*5/18-36*5/18)/10

=(15-10)/10

=5/10 =1/2m/s^2

Answer:

0.5 m/s^2

Explanation:

increase in velocity of car

= 54-36 = 18 km/hr ,

= 18 * 5/18 = 5 m/s , time taken = 10 sec

acceleration = velocity/time

= 5/10 = 0.5 m/s^2
