HOLA!!!

_________

HERE YOUR ANSWER IS

GIVEN

Initial velocity (u) = 36km /hr= 36×1000/60×60

= 36000/3600 = 10ms^-1

Final velocity (v) = 54km/hr = 54000/3600

= 15ms^-1

Time (t) = ?

SOLUTION

Accleration = (v-u)/t

=( 15 -10) /10

Acceleration = 5/10 = 1/2 = 0.5ms^-2

we know a kinematical equation

s = ut+1/2at^2

= (10)(10)+1/2 (0.5)(10)^2

= 100 + 1/2 (0.5)(100)

= 100 + 1/2 (50)

= 100 + 25

s = 125m

Therefore distance = 125m

Saviturchauhan: hey u there is calculation mistake when u were finding acceleration plz check
hyunxu: in que it's mentioned to find acceleration
Saviturchauhan: there is calculation mistake here (15-10)/10=1/5
hyunxu: how 5/10 is 1/5 for u? always 5/10 = 1/2
hyunxu: tq by the way ...I too did a small mistake in answer...anyhow I'm thanking you for helping me rectify the ans
