Answer:

acceleration=10.5m/s^2

distance= 102.75 m

Explanation:

initial velocity,u -18.5m/s

final velocity,v-50m/s

time ,t -3 s

s- distance

acceleration= v-u/t

a=50 - 18.5/3

a= 10.5 m/s^2

by using equation of motion

s=ut + 1/2 at^2

s= 18.5 x 3 s + 1/2 ×10.5x3x3

s= 55.5+47.25 m

s=102.75m
