first we convert The kmh-1 to ms-1 as because the unit of Velocity is ms-1 and after we get the value we then calculate the acceleration by a=v( Final Velocity) -U(intial Velocity) / time , here final velocity is 36 kmh-1 and Initial is 18kmh-1( you convert it to ms-1) ,and time is 5s and you get the value of Acceleration
