\boxed{Answer:-}

Given

Initial speed of car=18km/h

Final speed of car=36km/h

Time taken = 5 min. = 5/60 hrs. = 1/12 hrs

accelaration =  \frac{change \: in \: velocity}{time \: taken} \\   =  \frac{36 - 18}{ \frac{1}{12} }  \\   = \frac{18}{ \frac{1}{12} }  \\  = 18 \times 12 \\  = 216 \frac{km}{ {hrs}^{2} }

Hence answer is option (4)
