Given:-

  • Initial velocity ,u = 0 m/s

  • Acceleration ,a = 2.2m/s²

  • Time taken ,t = 3 s

To Find:-

  • Final velocity ,v

Solution:-

We have to calculate the final velocity of the car .By Using 1st Equation of motion

• v = u + at

where,

v is the final velocity

u is the initial velocity

a is the acceleration

t is the time taken

Substitute the value we get

➨ v = 0 + 2.2×3

➨ v = 2.2×3

➨ v = 6.6 m/s

Therefore, the final velocity of the car is 6.6 m/s

Additional Information !!

Some equation of motion are

• v = u +at

• s = ut +1/2at².

• v² = u² + 2as

Here,

v is the final velocity

u is the initial velocity

a is the acceleration

s is the displacement or Distance

t is the time taken

Answer:

=> v = u +at

=> v = 0 + 2.2 × 3

=> v= 6.6 m/s

Speed is 6.6 m/s.
