According to the equation of motion;

Distance covered= Initial velocity*time + 1/2*acceleration*time²

By the given data;

acceleration a = 2 m/s²

initial speed v = 18 km/hr = 18*1000/3600 = 5 m/s

acceleration is uniform

distance traveled is unknown

time t = 25 secs

S = v*t + 1/2*a*t²

S = 5*25 + 1/2*2*25²

S = 50+ 125

S = 175 m

If converting the meters into kilometers than dividing by 1000

S = 0.175 km

Answer:

here is the answer for you

Explanation:

a = 2 m/s^2

v = 18km/h

t = 25 s

18 km/h = 18 * 1000/3600=5m/s

s = ut +1/2 at^2

  = 5 * 25 + 1/2 * 2 * 25 * 25

  = 750 m

converting the meter into kilometer then divide by 1000

s = 0.750m
