At 13:20, they are 510 km away from each other.

At 16:20, the distance has been covered.

Total time taken=16:20-13:20=3:00 hours

Speed of car=90km/hr

In three hours the car will cover a distance=speed*time

                                                                         =90km/hr*3hr

                                                                          270km

So the distance left will be covered by the bus i.e. it will cover a distance=240km

Speed of the bus=Total distance travelled /Total time taken

                             =240 km/3 hr=80 km/hr

The speed of the bus will be 80 km/hr

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the speed of bus be x

Since they are travelling in opposite direction :

relative speed = 90+x = 510/3

⇒ 90+x = 170

⇒ x = 170-90 = 80
