Hi friend
--------------
Your answer
---------------------

Velocity of a car and a truck = 30 m/s

Ratio of their masses = 1:3

Ratio of their kinetic energies =
 \frac{ \frac{1}{2} \times 1 \times (30) {}^{2} }{ \frac{1}{2} \times 3 \times (30) {}^{2} } \\ \\ = > \frac{1}{3} \\ \\ ratio \: = 1 \: is \: to \: 3
Therefore,
-----------------

Ratio of their kinetic energies is also 1:3.

HOPE IT HELPS
