A car and bus having same K.E. which is moving faster?

We know that K.E=1/2mv*v. This means that kinetic energy is directly proportional to the mass of an object and also to the square of velocity its moving with. So,if a body has a higher mass,then a much lower velocity must be required to balance the equation. A car’s mass is less than a bus. So the car would move in a comparatively higher velocity than the bus.
