Answer:Let the mass of car be x and of truck be 3x.
so, the kinetic energy of car is 1/2*m(v^2)
i.e 1/2 *x(30*30)
now, the kinetic energy of truck is 1/2*3m(v^2)
i.e 1/2*3x(30*30)
ratio= kinetic energy of car/kinetic energy of truck
now, ratio is of kinetic energy of car to that of truck is 1/3 i.e 1:3
