Given values- Initial velocity(u)= 0, Final velocity (v) = 36km/Hr = 36x5/18= 10m/s t= 5sec
So Displacement (s) =?
Acceleration (a)= v - u/ t = 10- 0/ 5 = 10/5 = 2m/s2
Putting the value of 'a' in third equation of motion -
S= v2 - u2/ 2a = (10)2- 0/2×2= 100/4= 25m
So the car will travel 25m during the period.

pam10: thanks
pam10: why we multiply 36×5/18
