Answer:-

m¹=600 kg

v¹=10 m/s

p¹=m¹v¹

p¹=600×10

p¹=6000 kg m/s

p¹=6000 kg m/s

m²=80 kg

v²=50 m/s

p²=80×50

p²=4000 kg m/s

p²=4000 kg m/s

6000 kg m/s >4000 kg m/s

Momentum of car > momentum of scooter

Force=p

Force=p/t

Time is same (Given)

So,

Force required to stop car> Force required to stop scooter
