With speed of 48km/hr n time 10hrs

Distance covered = 48×10=480km

person wants to cover the distance in 8 hrs

using formula

speed=distance/time= 480/8= 60km/hrs

so speed of the car should be increase by 60-48=12km/hrs in order to cover distance in 8 hrs.

It will take 10 hours to travel 78 km/h.

Given,

A car can complete a certain journey in 12 hours if it travels at 65 km/h.

To Find,

The time it takes to travel at 78 km/h.

Solution,

We can solve the question as follows:

It is given that a car can complete a certain journey in 12 hours if it travels at 65 km/h. We have to find the time it takes to travel at 78 km/h.

Speed = 65\: km/h\\Time = 12\: hours

Now, we will find the distance. The formula for finding the distance is:

Distance = Speed*Time

Substituting the values in the above formula,

Distance = 65*12 = 780\: km

Now, we will find the time taken to travel at 78 km/h.

Time = \frac{Distance}{Speed}

Time = \frac{780}{78} = 10\: hours

Hence, it will take 10 hours to travel 78 km/h.
