Given , Distance (s) = 450km.

Time (t) = 9 hrs.

Speed ( in km/hr) =

 \frac{total \: distance}{total \: time}

 \frac{450}{9}

= 50 km/hr.

450 km = 450 × 1000m

= 450000m.

9 hr = 9× 60 × 60 s

= 32400 s.

Speed = 450000 / 32400 = 13.88 m/s.

Speed :-

The measurement of distance travelled by a body per unit time.

SI unit of speed :-

meter/ second ( m/s)

Distance :-
