Firstly find distance of 1hr
110km /4hr =27km 5mt
So in 18hrs =1km =1000mt
27km=27km*1000+5mt
=27000+5mt
=27005mt
In 18hrs =27005mt *18hr
=486090mt
486km 9mt is your answer
