since diameter= 500m, radius= d/2=250m

time is 6.5 min=390 second

perimeter of the track=2×pi×r=2×(22/7)×250= 1571.42 m

distance travelled= perimeter of the track × no. of rounds by the car= 1517.42×15=23,571.3m

therefore, speed of the car=distance travelled÷time taken=23571.3÷390=60.43m/s
