A car covers 30km at a uniform speed of 60 km/hr and the next 30 km at a uniform speed of 40 km/hr.find the total time taken?

time taken by car to travel first 30 km is

time =30/60=1/2hr

time taken by car to to travel another 30 km is

time=30/40=3/4hr
