Distance travelled by the car = 90 km

Time taken to travel = 3/2 seconds

Velocity of the car in km/h = Distance travelled by the car in km ÷ Time taken to travel that distance in seconds = 90 ÷ 3/2 = 90 × 2/3 = 60
