Solution :-

(i)

given that,

→ Car covers distance in 1 litre of petrol = 12.58 km

So,

→ Car will cover distance in 10 litre of petrol = 12.58 * 10 = 125.8 km (b)

(ii)

→ 12.58 km of distance covered by car in = 1 litre of petrol

→ 1 km of distance covered by car in = (1/12.58) litre of petrol

→ 1258 km of distance covered by car in = (1/12.58) * 1258 = 100 litres (c)
