SPPEED OF CAR WILL BE:-
AS,20*2=40km
THEN 240/40
=4km
AFTER THIS 40km/hrs WILL BE SUBTRACTED BY 2
THEN ANSWER WILL BE 40-2=38km
HENCE THE SPEED WILL 38km/HRS AFTER INCREASING 20km/hr
AS,20*2=40km
THEN 240/40
=4km
AFTER THIS 40km/hrs WILL BE SUBTRACTED BY 2
THEN ANSWER WILL BE 40-2=38km
HENCE THE SPEED WILL 38km/HRS AFTER INCREASING 20km/hr

Answer:
Lets assume speed =20 and time = t
So distance = speed x time ,
240 =20t, first condition.
Now speed is increased by 20 eg +20
and time reqd. is 2hr less.
So 240 = (20+20)(t-2),
240 = 40t-80,
t= 8,
So initial speed will be 240÷8,
Speed = 30km/hr
Tks. . . Rajiv
After solving this it will give u d time t=8,
