Hey here is your answer
_______________________

Distance cover by car
= 5 km or 5000 m

Total time taken to covers by car
= 20 min = 1200 s = 1/3 hr

Then,

velocity \: = \frac{displacement \: or \: distance \: }{time} \\ \\ velocity = \frac{5}{ \frac{1}{3} } \: km .{hr}^{ - 1} \\ \\ = 5 \times 3 \: km. {hr}^{ - 1} \\ \\ = 15 \: km. {hr}^{ - 1} \\ \\ velocity = \frac{5000}{1200} \: m .{s}^{ - 1} \\ \\ = \frac{5}{12} \: m .{s}^{ - 1} \\ \\ = 4.166666667 \: m .{s}^{ - 1}
