Speed = Distance/Time

Given Distance = 624km = 624 * 1000 m = 624000m

Time = 6 and half hours

= 60*60 + 30*60 seconds

= 3600 + 1800 seconds

= 5400 seconds

Speed = 624000/5400

= 115.5 m/s

Hope it helps

We know that speed = distance divided by time.

So, here, distance = 624 km and time = 6 hours and 30 min =  6.5 hours.

Clearly, speed

= \dfrac{624}{6.5}\\\\\\= \dfrac{624}{\dfrac{65}{10}}\\\\\\\\= \dfrac{624 \times 10}{65}

= 96 km/h

That's the answer to your question.
