A car covers its journey at the speed of 80km/hr in 10hours. If the same distance is to be covered in 4 hours, by how much the speed of car will have to increase ?

Distance = speed x time
X = 80 x 10
= 800 km

Therefore, 800 = X x 4
Therefore, X = 200 km/hr

Distance=Speed×Time
=800 km
Now the same distance is to be covered in 4 hours, so now,

Speed=Distance/Time

=800km/4hrs
=200km/hr

So the increase in speed=200-80 kmph
=120km/hr
