By definition a body is said to be in non uniform motion when it is not moving with a constant velocity (i.e) it accelerates.
Non uniform motion is a motion in which a body covers two unequal distances in two equal intervals of time(no matter how small the time interval is).
so a car driven in a road in a city accelerates (due to traffic or other factors)
and so it is an example of non uniform motion
