Initial velocity ( u) = 0 m/s --> car starts from rest

Distnce in 10 th second = 19 m

We know

Distnace in n th second = u +a/2 ( 2t -1)

For 10 th second,    19 = 0+ a/2 ( 2* 10  -1)

  or, 19 = a/2 * 19

or, a = 2 m/s^2

Hence acceleration is 2 m/s^2
