Given that ,
Initial velocity u = 0 [ As Car starts from rest ]
Acceleration a = 2ms-2.
Time = 10 seconds
Distance travelled s =?
Using the second equation of motion,
S = ut + 1/2 at^2
S = 0 × 10 + 1/2 × 2 × ( 100 )
S = 100 m
➡It covers a distance of 100 m in the interval .
