Given that :

Diameter of the wheel of a car (d)

= 0.35 m

Since the wheel of the car is in the shape of circle then

Total distance covered by one rotation is its circumference of the wheel

We know that

Circumference of a circle = 2πr or πd units

Where ,r is the radius and d is the diameter and π = 22/7

Circumference of the wheel =

=>C = (22/7)×(0.35) m

=>C = (22/7)×(35/100)

=>C = (22×35)/(7×100)

=>C = (22×5)/100

=> C = 110/100

=> C = 1.1 m

Circumference of the wheel = 1.1m

It covers 1.1 m in one rotation with the speed of 132 km/hr

The speed of the car = 132 km /hr

The speed of the car

=> 132×(1000/60) m/m

=> 132000/60 m /m

=> Speed = 2200m/m

We know that

Distance = Speed ×time

Distance covered by 1 minute

=>(2200)/1 m

=> Distance = 2200m

The number of rotation in one minute

= Distance / Circumference

= (2200/1.1

=>( 2200)/(11/10)

=> (2200×(10/11)

=> (2200×10)/(11)

=> 22000/11

=> 2000

Total rotations =2000
