Total distance to be covered = 10 km

Target average speed = 60 km/h

Hence, target travel time = 10 minutes

Time used to cover the first 4 km at 40 km/h = 6 minutes

Time left to cover the remaining 6 km = 4 minutes

Target speed for the remaining 6 km = 6/4 km/min or 90 km/h

hope it helps..
