= u + f.t …..(1) and

s = u.t + (1/2) f.t.t…. (2)

Here, initial velocity (u) = 0, final velocity (v) = 25 m/s, distance = 75 m

Now, from equation (1): t = 25/f or, t. t = (25/f).(25/f)

And, from equation (2): t.t = 75. 2/ f

Thus, (25/f).(25/f) = 75. 2/ f

i.e., f.f/f= 25.25/(75.2), i.e., f = 25/6 = 4.166 m/s.s
