solution:

u= u = Initial velocity = 20 km/h

v = final velocity = 50 km/h

Speed increases uniformly hence

average speed of car = (u + v)/2

= (20 + 50)/2

= 35 km /h

Additional Info

acceleration = (v-u) / t

v- u = 50-20 30 km/h = 30* 5/18 m/ S

= 25/3 m/s

acceleration = (25/3)/10=25/30

= 5/6 m/s²
