Okay Now relative velocity kicks in( when using relative velocity one object is totally stopped and others are observed through it's perspective )
Relative velocity of Car with respect to Bus is 60-35= 25 KMPH
This is the speed the Bus will See the Car approaching at
Now if we see from the frame of the Bus At first it was 250 m behind and at final POS it was 250 m in front
Relative Disp = 500 m
25 KMPH = 125/18 m/s
as speed is constant and a= 0
S= ut
500 = 125/18 *t
4*18=t
t= 72 sec
