u = 20 km/h    &   d = 120 km    &    t = 3 h

Vav = (u + v ) / 2               Vav = d / t

d / t =  (u + v ) / 2

u + v = 2d / t

v = 2d / t - u

v = 2x120/3 - 20

v = 80 - 20

v = 60 km/h
