Actually, V = R w
where v = velocity
R = radius of circle
w = angular velocity
So, w= V/R
let their speed be V1 and V2
so their angular speed will be
V1/R1 and V2/R2
Time taken in 1 round =2π/w which is equal for both
So, 2π/(V1/R1) =2π/(V2/R2)
R1/V1 = R2/V2
V1=V2R1/R2
so ratio of their angular speed
=w1/w2 =(V1/R1)÷(V2/R2)=V1R2/V2R1
=(V2R1/R2)R2/V2R1
=1
so ratio of their linear speed = V1/V2
=(V2R1/R2)/V2 =R1/R2
