A car is moving at a speed of 54 km/h. In the next second the speed is 63 km/h. Calculate the distance covered by car in one second.

54 km/h=54*5/18 m/s
=15 m/s (initial velocity u)
63 km/h= \frac{63*5}{18} =17.5 m/s  (final velocity v)
Difference in speeds:(v-u)
=(17.5-15)m/s
=2.5 m/s
So 2.5 m is the distance covered by the car in 1 sec.
Ans:
