Velocity is vector quantity so direction matters.

vi = 25m/s, vf = −25m/s.

Δv=(−25)−25= −50m/s

Average acceleration = Δt/Δv = 50/5 = 10ms-².

Answer:

given :

speed= v= 25m/s

time=t= 2.5sec

to find out :

distance = d= ?

formula :

to find out  the distance we put the formula of speed so that ;

v=d/t

solution :

v=d/t => d=vt

d= ( 25)(2.5)

"d= 62.5 m "

Result :

d=62.5m is the distance cover by a car .

Explanation:

i tried my best to explain this . i hope this will help u a lot .

Thank u
