A car is moving on a circular road the initial reading of the odometer is 1500 km. When It completes half circle its reading is 1750 km if average velocity of car is 200/pie Kilometre per hour. Then, What will be the time taken by this car ?​

Time = 3.927 hrs

Explanation :-

Given :-

  • d1 = 1500 km
  • d2 = 1750 km
  • v = 200 / π km/h

Solution :-

Total Distance covered by the car is given as -

Distance = Final Reading - Initial Reading

Distance = 1750 - 1500

Distance = 250 km

Time Taken by the car to travel this Distance -

Time = Distance / Velocity

Time = 250 / (200/π)

Time = 5π/4

Time = 3.927 hrs

Therefore, 3.927 hrs will be taken by the car to cover this distance.
