It's a non uniform motion..
because uniform motion means it's a straight way...
so when we are in crowd we want to go this way and that way..
So, that is a non uniform motion..

The answer is non uniform motion because uniform motion means covering equal distances in equal intervals of time which won't be possible in a crowded street as there will be a lot of people who will obstruct the view of the car or come in front of the car. So the car will not be able to move equal distances in equal intervals of time..
