Given,
Mass of the car,m=1500kg
Initial velocity,u=10m/s
Final velocity,v=20m/s
Time taken,t=15sec
Force applied,F=?
Using newton's second law i.e,
F=m(v-u)/t
F=1500kg(20-10)/15
F=1500(10)/15
F=15000/15
F=1000N
Therefore,the force applied on the car is 1000N.
