Given :

A car is moving with 30 m/s speed up to 40 m/s in 2 seconds .

To Find :

Acceleration of the car .

Solution :

\longmapsto\tt{Initial\:Velocity\:(u)=30\:m/s}

\longmapsto\tt{Final\:Velocity\:(v)=40\:m/s}

\longmapsto\tt{Time\:Taken\:(t)=2\:sec}

Using Formula :

\longmapsto\tt\boxed{Acceleration=\dfrac{v-u}{t}}

Putting Values :

\longmapsto\tt{\dfrac{40-30}{2}}

\longmapsto\tt{\dfrac{10}{2}}

\longmapsto\tt\bf{5\:{m/s}^{2}}

So , The Acceleration of the car is 5 m/s² .

Acceleration :

It is defined as the rate of change of velocity of the object .

Formula of Acceleration is :-

\longrightarrow\tt{Acceleration=\dfrac{v-u}{t}}

Here , in this question :

v = Final Velocity

u = Initial Velocity

t = time taken
